1 INITIAL VISIT TO YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY
Broker Tom Connolly will visit your home and make only those rehab recommendations that would maximize your home’s value. While we are sensitive to our client’s budget, we know that every $1.00 put into rehab can often add $2.00-$3.00 to the selling price.
2 WE WILL PAY FOR ALL UPFRONT REHAB COSTS
We believe so strongly in the R.O.I. of rehab that we will pay all upfront costs for the owner. We charge zero interest or mark-ups or higher commission. You simply reimburse us at the close of escrow.
3 WE HAVE EXCELLENT VENDORS
Our vendors are timely, give us preferred pricing and all day long are painting, installing flooring, updating lighting, improving kitchens, baths and handling landscape projects.
4 COMPLETE INSPECTIONS
- We’ll oversee, at no charge, the pre-inspection checklist I.E. lightbulbs, smoke detectors, squeaky hinges, all appliances working, etc.
- We will schedule, oversee and pay for your property inspection.
- We will schedule, oversee and pay for your pest inspection.
