We are so confident in our marketing approach for selling rental homes that we ask our landlords to sign a listing agreement that is a mere 39 days in duration, starting on the day the property comes on the MLS. We believe that with our six step sales process, we will be able to achieve the maximum selling price in 39 days.

HOW IT WORKS:
If for any reason the home does not sell in 39 days the owner can decide whether or not to continue with Landlord Realty.
